Executive Office

In the heart of the iconic Manhattan Tower in Brussels, we designed a workspace that is both functional and inspiring: the Marketing Executive Office. This high-end office is not just a workspace but also a showcase for potential tenants and buyers—a space where the Brussels skyline literally becomes part of the interior.

At the request of Icon Real Estate, we created a premium office environment that serves as a flagship space for future tenants of the Manhattan Tower. The design is high-end and luxurious, yet comfortable and welcoming. With carefully selected materials, warm lighting, books, plants, and artworks, the space feels inviting and homely rather than like a showroom.

The absolute showpiece of the Marketing Executive Office is the boardroom. Here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Brussels. As the sun sets, it  melts into the skyline—a stunning spectacle that adds an extra dimension to the space. But it’s not just the boardroom; the entire office offers unique perspectives of the city.

This showcase has already proven its effectiveness. AGEAS, one of the largest tenants in the building, first visited the Marketing Executive Office before deciding to establish their new headquarters (image right) in the Manhattan Tower.  Our hospitality-driven design convinced them and played a key role in their choice to collaborate with us.

The Marketing Executive Office is just one part of a much larger project. In total, we designed and realized over 8,000 square meters within the Manhattan Tower. This includes:

• Three restaurants
• An auditorium
• Meeting spaces
• A gym
• A retail space
• The offices of AGEAS and the Marketing Executive Office
