Tibo conceptualizes the design, and then hands it over to our technical draftsman, Jeroen, who meticulously develops the detailed drawings. These drawings are then passed on to Kenneth, the head of the carpentry department. Kenneth leads the team in the workshop, ensuring that the plans become reality.
